More like
a theatre than a night club (capacity 500 people) this is one of our favorite music venues in Paris! Opened in 1981, the stage at New Morning has been graced by mega performers Prince, Miriam Makeba, Hugh Masakela, Mighty Mo Rogers, Dexter Gordon, Dizzy Gillespie and more! In fact his purple highness, Prince, called New Morning his favorite place in Paris…returning often to play surprise after-show jams. You may be a bit surprised when you get off the metro at Chateau d’Eau and start walking the three blocks to New Morning. Don’t worry the neighborhood is cool (read that safe) and increasingly crowded, with a number of new restaurants and bars cropping up.
